Early Intervention
Early Intervention Services are for children under the age of 5 and their families to address behavior challenges. These services can be provided in the home or community.
Our licensed and dedicated therapists serve as a resource for families and additional providers to address behavioral struggles and conduct community observation. Our therapists will connect families with resources based on individual needs.
Wrap Around Services
Wrap Around Services are intensive therapeutic services offered to children and adolescents who are at risk for out-of-home placement and meet the criteria for Serious Emotional Disorder (SED). That criteria could include:
- Significant risk for out of school, home, or community placement
- Suicidal or homicidal thoughts
- Severe anger, truancy, or examples of theft
- Exposure to traumatic events
- Displaying aggressive or oppositional behavior
- And more
Our Wrap-Around Services provide intensive family therapy and care management that is strengths-based, culturally competent, and community-based. With these services, the child/adolescent and his or her family work together with a licensed therapist and care manager on an individualized family plan designed to promote self-sufficiency in safe, positive, and long-lasting ways.
