CWCC Welcomes New Clinical Director

Agency Announcements, Employee Spotlights
Peggy Hayes, Clinical Director

Join us in welcoming Peggy Hayes to the CWCC team as our new Clinical Director.

Peggy joined our team in August and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is excited to work under the new leadership in creating crisis services for the community.

Peggy holds a Master’s degree in Health and Human Development from Montana State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming. She has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2001. Peggy started her career in community mental health in Worland and has worked in six counties in Wyoming, including Washakie, Hot Spring, Carbon, Converse, Niobrara, and now Natrona County. She was inspired to pursue a career in this field because she was fascinated with people and their stories.

Outside work, Peggy enjoys spending time with her family and is a football fan who has attended many University of Wyoming and Denver Bronco home games.

We are thrilled to have Peggy as our new Clinical Director. With her extensive experience and passion for helping others, we are confident that she will make significant contributions to our community. We look forward to working alongside Peggy as she leads the way in developing crisis services for those in need.
