Congratulations to Labin, a hard-working Residential Technician at CWCC, for being selected as our Employee of the Month for March!

“Labin is always willing to help out and always knows what is going on with clients on all units, especially Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) and Crisis Stabilization Services (CSS),” a colleague shared. “He is a leader and leads with integrity and wisdom.  He is an asset to our team here at CWCC.” A second colleague added, “Labin always goes above and beyond for the clients and his co-workers!”

To get to know Labin better, we asked him a few questions:

  1. What motivates you to do your best work every day?
As a person in recovery , I strive to help people who are wanting to start their own recovery journey. I feel it is important to give back to others what was given to me. Everyone needs a helping hand sometimes.
  2. What’s your favorite part of being part of the CWCC team?
My Coworkers – we have a great group here, who really give it their all and support each other.
  3. Do you have a favorite mindfulness or relaxation technique that you’d recommend to others?
I meditate almost every morning before my feet hit the floor.
  4. What do you like to do outside of work to unwind or recharge?
I am a big fan of the outdoors and anything that gives me a reason to get out in nature.
  5. If CWCC had an office mascot, what would it be, and what would you name it?
I think it should be a Phoenix. Something that represents new beginnings. I would name it Icarus.
