Congratulations to Devin, a driven and helpful Recovery Specialist at CWCC, for being selected as our Employee of the Month for May!

This recognition is a testament to Devin’s exceptional hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to CWCC’s mission and values. He proves we are Stronger Together with his collaborative spirit and ability to unite people around a common goal, which has helped build a stronger, more cohesive team. Through an original mindset, Devin demonstrates Innovation in Care, allowing CWCC stay ahead of challenges and provide fresh, effective approaches to complex situations.

“[Devin] is such a hard worker and shows up every time for the clients. He isn’t afraid to learn new things!” a colleague shared. “He is a great leader and when he doesn’t know the answer to something he searches it out until he finds it,” a second colleague added. “He is always fun to work with and always brings a smile to everyone’s face!”

To get to know Devin better, we asked him a few questions:

1. What is one piece of advice you would give to a new employee starting in your role?
One piece of advice I would always tell someone new is to never be ashamed to ask for help when needed and to always push yourself to do great things.

2. What’s one way you think CWCC supports employee well-being and growth?
CWCC has shown me that you can push yourself to do great things and be able to eventually achieve what you’re looking to accomplish.

3. What hobbies or activities bring you joy and help you recharge?
A night out on the town and bowling with my friends and being able to sleep all day the next day.

4. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
I would love to go to Australia and see the toilet bowl water go around in the opposite the direction as America.

5. If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be, and what would your superhero name be?
I would love to be able to teleport, and my super cool superhero name would be the Devinator.
