Lauren, one of our Client Service Representatives at CWCC, has been selected as one of our October Employees of the Month!

Her coworkers say she takes the initiative to go the extra mile. She is very helpful in assisting the clients with the new tablets to complete their online paperwork. She is extremely proactive in taking the extra steps to solve any issues. She is also fantastic at de-escalating clients. 

To get to know Lauren better, we asked her a few questions.

What is your favorite part of working at CWCC?
My favorite part of working at CWCC is the support I receive from my coworkers and getting to know all our clients on a first-name basis.

What do you like most about the work you do here?
I like that I can help people in need. It feels good to see them progress in their treatment here.

What’s the most interesting thing you’ve done recently?
The most interesting thing I’ve done recently is made a terrarium with my mother, and it has Halloween décor inside.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
If I could have any superpower, I would want to fly. Then I could go anywhere without the cost of travel.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
If I could travel anywhere in the world, I would travel to Norway and see where my grandparents lived and grew up.
