Congratulations to Samantha, a Case Manager at CWCC, for being selected as one of our October Employees of the Month.

Her coworkers say she works hard on CSS and genuinely cares about the betterment of clients. She is very easy to talk to, an asset to the team, shows great teamwork, and is always willing to help. 

To get to know Samantha better, we asked her a few questions.

What is your favorite part of working at CWCC?
Getting to know all of the clients, hearing their stories, and learning from my knowledgeable and experienced coworkers.

What do you like most about the work you do here?
I enjoy assisting clients with their various needs, listening to them share their stories, and reminding people that they are capable and important. I also enjoy working with people to determine which needs I can assist with to relieve stress and connect them to valuable resources in the community.

What’s the most interesting thing you’ve done recently?
Made some really yummy squash casserole

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
Southeast Asia & Ireland. I’ve always wanted to see these places because they’re beautiful and have rich cultures. I’ve heard the people there are very friendly.
