Candice has been selected as one of our September Employees of the Month. She is a Residential Technician here at CWCC and has consistently demonstrated exceptional compassion, commitment, and expertise in her role. Her tireless efforts to support and empower our clients have made a profound difference in many lives. She is known for her empathy, resilience, and ability to inspire those around her, and she never hesitates to go the extra mile for our clients and colleagues.

To get to know Candice better, we asked her a few questions.

What is your favorite part of working at CWCC?
I enjoy working with my team, laughing with them, and getting work done with them.

What do you like most about the work you do here?
Getting to know the clients, watching them learn and grow, and helping them along the way.

What’s the most interesting thing you’ve done recently?
Not super recently, but I went to the Bahamas in March. It was super pretty and warm, and we took a boat to Pig Island and watched them swim.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Fly

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
Anywhere warm with a cool ocean breeze. I would hike, bike, swim, and have enough time to learn to golf.
