  1. What is your favorite part of working at CWCC? 
  • My favorite part of working at CWCC is being surrounded by supportive and dedicated professionals. The environment created by the professions at CWCC provides opportunity for growth both personally and professionally as the agency is full of supportive colleagues always willing to provide guidance and knowledge creating continuous learning opportunities. 
  1. What do you like most about the work we do here? 
  • I appreciate most that CWCC offers accessible inclusive services to all individuals in need regardless of diversities. I like that CWCC offers a sliding fee scale to assist individuals with financial barriers to receive the assistance they are seeking through a wide range of services and specialized programs.   
  1. What are you most proud of in your career so far? 
  • In my career so far, I am most proud of my exposure to and experience in a variety of professional settings and a wide range of demographics within the social services field, and being able to relate and implement the tools I have learned to my current role. I am proud of the knowledge and education I have strived for to reach my goal of completing my Master’s in Social Work.  
  1. If you could have any superpower, what would it be?  
  • If I could have any superpower, it would be the ability to see people’s truth. I would like to be able to see through the presented front people display to protect themselves to identify who they truly are, what they have gone through, are going through, and what they need.
