Health Insurance
CWCC is in-network with most insurance providers and we’re happy to bill any insurance or third party payer on your behalf, including Medicaid and Medicare.
Simply bring your insurance card at the time of check in, and provide all information needed to process the claim. Contact us to learn more about your insurance options.
Sliding Fee Scale
CWCC offers a discounted/sliding fee schedule based on family size and income to select eligible individuals. To take advantage of this opportunity, you will need the following information:
- Proof of income
- Social Security number
- Government provided photo ID
Payment for your assigned rate is due upon service unless other arrangements have been made.
Payment can be made with debit, credit, cash or check.

CWCC is here to connect you with a therapist as quickly as possible. We offer open access hours and on-call therapists that are available 24/7.
On-call therapists are available 24/7. You can call us on the phone between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, or 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM on Wednesday. After business hours or during the weekend your call will be connected to one of our therapists through our answering service.

No one will be denied access to services due to their inability to pay. CWCC offers a discounted/sliding fee schedule based on family size and income. To take advantage of this opportunity, you will need the following information:

While Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance is accepted; all Wyoming residents are eligible to receive services, regardless of their insurance status. A sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify.
First appointments can be intimidating to some clients. CWCC tries to make the experience as easy as possible. In order to come prepared, you will need to bring:
- Insurance/benefits card (private, Medicare, Medicaid or Equality Care)
- Social Security number
- Government provided photo ID (driver’s license, State-issued ID card, military ID)
- Proof of income (if requesting financial assistance)
- Referral source
- Payment
The Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is Wyoming’s first local suicide call center and now, after two years of existence, it is expanding to be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Lifeline is able to offer counseling to callers who are in crisis and it can direct them to the resources and partner agencies within their communities, including behavioral health and medical hospitals. The Suicide & Crisis Lifeline number is 988.
CWCC offers Crisis Stabilization Services (CSS). These services bring support to individuals who are experiencing intense psychiatric, suicidal or substance abuse symptoms.
