At Central we understand that taking that first step can sometimes be the most difficult. We take your circumstance and comfort into consideration to make that step as easy as possible.
During your first visit, we’ll start by learning more about you and gather your health history. We will also ask you some questions to understand what’s happening in your life and help us determine how best to care for you.

Whether you choose to walk in during our Open Access hours, or schedule and appointment here is what you can expect on your first visit.
Walk-in appointments are first-come, first-serve. If you are not available during our Open Access hours please contact us and we will be happy to schedule some time with you.

Scheduling a Residential Treatment Stay
If you or a loved one is in need of a more intensive care, you can apply for Residential Treatment. Central’s admission process begins with your call to our Residential Admissions Coordinator, who will send you a letter outlining the process and application. Once your completed application has been received, it will be reviewed by our medical and clinical team. We will contact you if any additional information is needed.

Please note that Central Wyoming Counseling Center is a tobacco free facility, and while many medications are not allowed, you may bring nicotine lozenges to assist with potential withdrawal symptoms.
