  • When can I expect to hear from you?

The recruitment process usually takes around 4 to 6 weeks. You will hear from us within 6 weeks.

  • Do you have any guidelines for my application?

Your application should be targeted at a specific open position at CWCC, and we expect you to meet the requirements of the position. We would like your CV/Resume and cover letter to explain the following:

  • Your reason for applying for the open position.
  • How your skills, knowledge and experience are relevant to the position you are applying for and how you can contribute to the success of CWCC.

  • I have been invited for a first interview – what does this mean?

The interview process varies depending on the position, department, or program. You will be invited to one or more interviews before a job offer is made.

  • I got the job at CWCC! Anything I need to know?

Congratulations! When you start your new position at CWCC, you will attend orientation to learn more about CWCC and our services. You will then move on to department/program specific education and on-the-job training. It is crucial that you get the best possible start in your new career with CWCC.

  • I still have some questions that I need answers to. How can I get in touch?

You can always send questions related to the recruitment process through Indeed or call Human Resources at 307-237-9583 to speak with someone right away. Human Resources normal business hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
